If there’s anything like fate out there, it doesn’t like us. After being online for just a week, we had a really bad server crash that made this service unavailable for almost 48 hours. We’re extremely sorry about that. But as you know stuff like that only happens to you once in 10 years, right now is the time to sign up for a great BlogCounter service that’s not gonna crash within the next 10 years.
To the users that signep up in the days before the crash: It sounds unbelievable, but the only thing that we couldn’t rescue from the crashed disk, was the user table. So you’ll have to sign up again.

Same here. Signed up, and password was not sent.

It’s also disconcerting to note that there is no email address for support listed anywhere on this site.

The email address provided on the support page does not work. I tried emailing to mail@blogcounter.com, but got a bounceback. And why is it a GIF instead of text?

@darthservo: This must have been a temporary problem. The email address works fine.
And that gif instead of text is just for spam protection reason. Everyone does it and I guess it’s accepted by everyone because we all have the same problems with email spam.

The service to request for a new passwort ,because i forgot mine, don’t work correctly. I’ve tried to request for a new passwort more than one time but never became one transmitted. However, after this I tried the email adress mail@blogcounter and depicted my problem but never got an answer. What is going wrong? Mate, can you help me?
    Cheers Holger
